   I am a 15 year old with acne problems. Today I came in to the center to see Dr. Shatkin Jr. Previously he suggested getting a microdermabrasion. I had the treatment today, and the outcome was very fufilling to what i hoped for! Before the procedure I experienced dry skin and blackheads on my nose. After the treatment, my skin felt much softer and moisturized. I would suggest this to not just for older women but also all teenagers like myself who experience peeling skin or black heads.

   I had breast augmentation done last year. I have been extremely happy with the results. I went from a B cup to a full C cup. Dr. Shatkin and his staff took a lot of time in planning the procedure and explaining it to me as well. I feel I am now well balanced and I feel great.

   I had eyelid surgery (upper and lower) done in February 2006 by Shatkin Jr. He did such a great job that I am actually tired of the compliments! Recovery time was about 10 days and the results are amazing. I recommend this surgery to any man or woman who is sick and tired of sagging, puffy lids! Every time I watch Fox News I want to email O’Reilly and let him know that Sam Shatkin is just a 50 minute flight away from Manhatten. MAKE THE APPOINTMENT…NOW!

   Beyond meticulously professional medical care, Dr. Sam Shatkin Jr. shows the compassion and attentive bedside manner that transforms a patient both physically and mentally into a more attractive, self-assured person. With his help, I have gained the confidence to take on leadership roles, speak in public and begin a new career! His attentive staff makes each patient feel valued and the various services provided honestly and accurately address the needs of each patient.    Being on stage and in the public eye, I want to look great and feel great. I work extremely hard keeping my body youthful, fit, and healthy and I need my “skin” to keep up with me! Fortunately I know where to go - and I trust Dr. Shatkin and his staff 100%. If you are going to put your life (skin, face, or body) in the hands of a Doctor, you better do your homework! Dr. Shatkin is the best of the best!

   I have been a patient of Dr. Shatkin Jr. for over 10 years. I had lived with a broken nose my entire childhood and finally decided to do something about it when I was 21. After visiting several other doctors in the area, I felt most comfortable at his office and felt he was the most fairly priced. Since then, I have visited Dr. Shatkin and his aestheticians several times over the years and would not go anywhere else. I have sent 5 of my friends to him for various procedures and they all love him too. He is a great surgeon and all around nice guy! Thank you Dr. Shatkin!

   I had breast augmentation in May of 2008. I went from an A cup to a large C cup with 350cc memory gel implants. I absolutely love the results and more importantly the way Dr. Shatkin and everyone else in the office reassures you and makes you feel comfortable while your there.

   The most important part of the process to me was the honesty and advice I received. You hear a lot of things about what kind of implant, size, surgical site, etc. I had originally gone in wanting complete opposites of what Dr. Shatkin recommended and I can’t be happier that I followed all of his advice. I’m still amazed that many people can’t even tell I have implants, which was my ultimate goal, to find something suitable to my body type that felt and looked natural.

   I would recommend Dr. Shatkin to anyone I know and have to several people, who have had the same great experience.

   In February 2010, I went to Dr. Shatkin to fix my deviated septum; he performed a septoplasty, and tip rhinoplasty for a bulbous tip. First of all, the staff there is amazing! They’re all friendly, and so helpful. During my consult Dr. Shatkin was very thorough and great at answering all my questions. He really took his time with me. I liked that even after the procedure the staff was just as comforting and helpful as they were before surgery. I also like the fact that the follow ups were frequent, which helps ease your mind about the healing process. I can now breathe so much easier than before, which in turn helps me sleep better, and makes working out less exhausting (not to mention that the cosmetic part of it looks fantastic). I was so impressed with the way Dr. Shatkin and his staff ran his office, that it wasn’t even a question of where I would go for my breast augmentation. I had my surgery done yesterday morning, and already went back for a follow up this morning. They took such great care of me, and even though it’s really early in the recovery process for my breast augmentation, I already love what I see!

   I started seeing Dr. Shatkin and his staff in the fall of 2010. I was referred to him by a friend that raved about him and his staff. I came to see him because I acquired melasma all over my face caused by fraxel laser skin resurfacing at another plastic surgeon’s office. Dr. Shaktin and his staff listened to my concerns and they were very cautious to decide a program to eliminate the brown spots. Thanks to their expertise, my brown spots have almost all diminished. I can finally walk out of my house without gobs of make-up. I would recommend Dr. Shatkin without reservation- Thank you, Dr. Shatkin and Kay!!
